Carbonara... Failed

Sometimes, I found myself browsing through Jamie Oliver's official website, feeling hungry all over. And sometimes, a particular recipe stucked in my head for a period of time, until I bought the ingredients to cook.

I cooked myself this carbonara today, it wasn't successful, because the egg was slightly over cooked, hence, you can see little fragments of egg in the picture, instead of all creamy egg. Sigh...

It didn't taste very bad, just not a real carbonara.
