Let me just admit I've been addicted to Jamie Oliver's website and recipe :)
I tried another recipe of his. And it was definitely a good breakfast for a relax Saturday.

I didn't get limoncello, I don't even know what exactly is that, and I can't find that in Cold Storage. I don't have lemons in the fridge, so I didn't serve with lemon zest too. I didn't manage to get ricotta from the supermarket nearby my house, I have to replace that with Laughing Cow Cheese Spread. I don't have a BBQ grill, so I cooked all these with my non stick pan with a little butter.
Still tasted good though I didn't manage to get a lot of things!

yes dear, i toasted the strawberries after i charred the bread. so there's a little buttery taste on them :)
Oh I should try this too!
Limoncello's a lemon liquor...hmm...wonder if I should go get one...hehe
I'm making Jamie's beef and ale stew at the mo... :D
