温泉蛋 Onsen Tamago

都说了,我想做一件事,它就会一直在脑海里。自从在网上不小心看到onsen tamago的做法,我久一直想做。今晚,竟然把它当宵夜。

蛋是弄得不错,蛋白软软、蛋黄稍微熟。可是这么一个软绵绵的蛋,不懂得怎么敲,结果烂了(谁可以教我?)。

Dashi是用了没错,可是,应该用日本的酱青,这个,有点太咸⋯⋯

还要买日本料理的配料⋯⋯贵死了!

There's another creative way of doing it if you'd prefer rice cooker. Refer to blog here: http://tastytreats.wordpress.com/2008/03/31/onsen-tamago/. For the egg cracking part, guess you need some gentle skills to crack and slide it out in the bowl of dashi sauce.
