Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
  1. A clove of garlic
  2. Pasta of your choice
  3. Cherry Tomatoes
  4. Basil Leaves
  5. Tuna chunks in olive oil
  6. Ground pepper
Method:
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and basil leaves and dice cherry tomatoes.
  3. Heat up the pan, sauteed the garlic with olive oil from the tuna can.
  4. When the garlic turned golden brown, add in the tuna and basil leaves.
  5. After a short while, mix in the diced tomatoes.
  6. Add some ground pepper to the mixture and turn off the fire.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta and add into the mixture and stir.
  8. Dress with some mixed herbs (optional).
  9. Serve.
Notice the cherry tomato at the background. It's products from Holland that I bought from organic section in Shop and Save today. It's very expensive, 8 small cherry tomatoes cost me a good $2.50. However, it's really nice and juicy. Sometimes you really get what you pay for.

I have very little pasta left, that's why I cooked a bowl of minestrone too, to go with :)

Thank you so much!

I'm learning food photography on my own currently. Taking the lighting and food more seriously!

Your words are such encouragement for me :)
